As a native of Denver, I bring a lifetime of experience and knowledge of the area if you are moving across town or just across the street.
I was a successful hotel General Manager for over twenty years. I worked for a hotel management company who specialized in purchasing properties that were continually losing revenue. I was sent into fourteen different hotels as a takeover manager. I was responsible for reworking the operation from hiring more qualified personnel to new and creative marketing to negotiating new contracts in order to transform a losing enterprise into a solid moneymaker. I was successful in every case. As you can imagine, I learned and perfected a variety of skills that has benifitted all my real estate clients over the last ten years. My abilities to negotiate, communicate and problem sove, to name just a few, have resulted in many satisfied clients and closed transactions.

When I first started my real estate career a friend of mine who had been a successful Realtor for many decades advised me of the following, " If you put the needs of your client first, the rest will follow."I have dedicated myself to conducting myself in an honest caring manner to prove my integrity and professionalism to all I come in contact with on a daily basis.
